Baked fennel

Looking for a savoury appetizer or side? Baked fennel with grated Parmesan cheese is the answer!

  • 1 fennel
  • grated Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil

Clean and quarter the fennel. Place the pieces in a gratin dish, sprinkle with grated Parmesan and pour over the olive oil. Cook au gratin in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
