Gluten free breakfast bowls

Instead of buying gluten free breakfast cereals which often contain lots of sugar and artificial flavour try to mix up your own. Some of my favourite cereals and seeds are low in carbs but contain lots of fibers, vitamins and minerals that nourish our body.

  • Grained flax seeds
  • Gluten free oats
  • Puffed quinoa or amaranth
  • Buckwheat oats
  • Grained almonds or entire almonds
  • Coconut flakes
  • Dried goji berries or other super food berries 
  • Fresh seasonal berries or fruits
  • Add soy or rice milk or just boiled water (try cold bowls in summer and warm bowles in winter)
