Lamb’s lettuce salad with kohlrabi and walnuts

A crackling and satisfying salad.

Active time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for a medium-sized bowl

  • 2 handful of lamb's lettuce salad 
  • 1 kohlrabi 
  • a handful of walnuts   
  • 4 spoonful of lactose-free cream  
  • salt, pepper 
  • parsley and dill
  • 3-4 spring onions
  • olive oil, vinegar
Accurately wash the lettuce and the spring onions and leave to dry.
Peel the kohlrabi and chop in into thin slices by using a vegetable slicer. Then chop the onions.
Put everything in a medium-sized bowl and mix it well. Crumble the walnuts into small pieces and sprinkle them all over the lettuce. Add salt, pepper, the cream and the herbs. Mix the vegetables and taste with olive oil and vinegar.
