Orange-fennel salad with walnuts

A winter-salad with mediterranean touch and lots of vitamins! Easy, quick to prepare and yummy.

Active time: 10 minutes

Ingredients for 4-6 people

  • 3 medium-sized fennel 
  • 2 orange  
  • a handful walnuts
  • olive oil
  • salt, pepper
  • vinegar

  

  1.  Clean and chop the fennel. Peel and filet the oranges then crush the larger nuts into small pieces. Cut the fennel into very thin slices.

 

  1. Mix everything in a bowl, add some salt, pepper, oil and a bit of vinegar then stir shortly and leave for rest for a while (to experience the full flavour, I recommend to wait at least a few hours).
  2. Serve and enjoy.
